Send us your homemade costumes and be featured in your own Howtoon! The winning costume gets Howtooned!  Create your costume using simple everyday household materials.  We are looking for original ideas in the Howtoon’s tradition.  Send in pictures of your costume with instructions on how to recreate the costume.  Contest ends 11/4.  The winner will be announced 11/9 and toon will follow soon after.  Good luck!!!
